Compact Studio designed with open plan living room / bedroom with optional wall-bed frame and cabinet
This comfort Studio has a separate bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room with open-plan living/dining room. Upgrade the walk-in wardrobe door to sliding pocket door (disappears inside wall structure) for more space
Compact mezzanine Lodge creates an ideal versatile home office space with mezzanine shelf for occasional guest use as a sleeping platform (mattress only, no bed, with limited 1.2m high height)
A contemporary large Pod retreat with 1 bedroom accommodation, separate bathroom (inc. shower over bath) and our ultimate modernist styling. Complete with hidden Cedar-clad entrance door and commercial grade glazing systems
Whilst the overall size of the Studio is enlarged to accommodate a second bedroom (which could also be used as a separate home office), the idea is to illustrate what can be achieved in a compact 50m2 footprint. The master bedroom is enlarged and the second bedroom features built-in fitted wardrobes with an additional built-in storage cupboard accessible from the main living room
A spacious two bedroom Lodge with full size bathroom, tall internal vaulted ceilings and opening roof windows. The overall footprint is the same as the Grande Studio (example 5), albeit with an internal layout configured around a central living and dining room

Your stylish doors and windows offer high performance waterproofing which reduce the need for maintenance and are all 100% recyclable. We manufacture all the parts ourselves in-house to ensure quality, fit and maximum security.
This uniquely flexible and unbreakable self-bonding roofing solution is wind and weather resistant with less mess than traditional slate. Your custom built installation is made from 100% recycled materials and comes with a 50 year warranty.
For all other designs, this Firestone roofing system bonds to form a watertight roofing solution which also comes with a 20 year manufacturer’s guarantee and a 50 year life expectancy. This means you’re fully protected and ensures your investment is secure – no leaky roofs with our buildings!
Structural Insulated Panel Systems (SIPS) innovative construction means quicker installation and the best possible thermal performance. To meet our strict standards this superior design has been tested and proven to deliver 75% more air-tightness than agreed industry standards.
Western Red Cedar cladding is beautiful and naturally resistant to environmental damage. This removes the need for toxic chemical preservatives whilst creating a stunning maintenance free exterior. All our timbers are sourced from sustainably managed forests and offer alternatives on request.
Quality lighting that uses 91% less electricity saves you money and reduces your carbon footprint. An RCD protected consumer unit and external lighting ensures safety whilst the contemporary screw-less chrome fittings will add style to your accommodation.
Using a sustainable alternative to plaster as standard our unique panels are also designed to hide pipes and cables. Your space can then be designed to include any wall hanging with weights of up to 50Kg on our factory tested wall panels, which also offer improved durability, sound insulation and fireproofing. The Lodge range also includes 1 or 2 opening roof windows all as standard.
Using the Swift Plinth foundation system means 95% less concrete than a slab foundation and can be re-positioned, re-used and recycled. Its flexible design means it easy to install on slightly sloping sites and enables air-flow which prolongs the life of the structure.
